Description

1 dozen eggs. Eggs are brushed but uncleaned, so their membranes are intact and they are shelf stable.

Our ladies are pasture raised and moved every few days to a new area. They enjoy ample grass, bugs, feed, and veggie scraps from our table =)
We have white, brown, and blue egg layers and every dozen carries a variety of these colors.  Buying local, pasture raised eggs is not only supporting local, but also healthier.
A local pasture raised egg can carry as my as 3x the protein of a store bought egg. Local pasture raised eggs also carry higher fats and trace minerals than store bought!
