Our $8 price is PER LB, this year we are simplifying the online store process. Your online purchase is to indicate total amount of items/packages – and the online purchase price is a reservation.  WE will weigh out exactly your order and you will pay the remainder on pickup/delivery. 

Our chicken feet are packaged in freezer ziplock bags. The chicken feet still have some skin on them – they often do not fully peel in the scalding process. When cooking, it is recommended to par-boil the feet for 15-20 seconds to fully peel the yellow skin off.
